Privacy policy
Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.
1. Data controller

2. What data we process
Browsing data
As with any website, the systems running this site collect some technical data (IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request, page visited). This data is used only to keep the site working and secure, not to identify users.
Data you give us
The site has no contact forms and no reserved areas. If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or write to our certified email, we process the data you share (for example name, phone number and the content of your request) in order to reply.
Cookie consent
The cookie banner is managed by Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S, Denmark), which records your choice (anonymous consent ID, date and time, preferences, anonymised IP address) so that consent can be demonstrated as required by law. Details are in thecookie policy.

4. Third-party content and services
- Car photos and data: the photos are loaded from the servers of AutoScout24 (AutoScout24 GmbH, Germany), the platform where we publish our listings, so your browser shares its IP address with those servers.
- Site database: car stock, reviews and the Instagram preview are hosted by Supabase, Inc. (data stored in the European Union); your browser connects to it to show the latest stock.
- Google Maps: the map is loaded only if you click “Show map” and have given your consent. From then on Google's privacy policy applies.
- External links (AutoScout24, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google): when you open these services you leave our site and their own privacy policies apply.
5. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed, as data processors, by the providers that run the site: hosting (Netlify, Inc.,privacy), database (Supabase, Inc.,privacy) and consent management (Usercentrics A/S – Cookiebot), as well as by appointed consultants and professionals. Some providers are based in the United States: transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Data is never disclosed to the public or sold.
6. Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR) and withdraw any consent given. Write tosrmotori@pec.it or call 347 092 0200. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
